Team India all-rounder Hardik Pandya recently enjoyed a meal with legendary batsman Brian Lara ahead of the opening match of the Twenty20 series against the hosts.
Pandya, where a photo was taken with Lara was posted on Instagram on Thursday (July 28). He had posted it thus.

Also, when Lara came to the stadium during the three-match one-day series between India and the West Indies, Lara even went to the Indian team’s dressing room at the invitation of Indian head coach Rahul Dravid.

The Indian team rested several of their senior players including captain Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya and Rishabh Pant during the concluded ODI series. However, these three players will return to the cricket field for the upcoming T20I series.
Rohit Sharma will lead the Indian team for the T20 series. The visitors will be the target as they hope to gain some confidence ahead of the 2022 T20 World Cup.
