West Indies batsman Chris Gayle is the only man to score two centuries in the history of the International Twenty20 World Cup.

Getting 100 runs in an international Twenty20 match is not an easy task, it requires patience, skill, no less, 9 centuries in the history of the International Twenty20 World Cup. The list of those centenarians can be summarized as follows.

  1. First T20 World Cup century Was  Chris Gayle’s 117 against South Africa in 2007. 

2. second century was Mahela Jayawardene’s 110 against Zimbabwe in 2010.

3. Third century Was Suresh Raina’s 101 runs Against South Africa in 2010.

4. The fourth century was Brendon McCullum’s 123 runs in 2012 T20WC

5. Fifth century was Ahmed Shehzad scored an unbeaten 111 against Bangladesh in 2014 T20WC.

6. Sixth century Was Tamim Iqbal’s unbeaten 103 against Oman in 2014.

7. Seventh century Was Alex Hales’s 116 runs against Sri Lanka in 2014.

8. Eighth century Was Chris Gayle’s Second Century in T20 World Cup History, He Scored 100 against England in 2016.
